Assalamualaikum. Selamat hari Nuzul Quran to all muslims :) You know, my mum always membebel when i was younger. If i don't read the Al-Quran, she will scold me. I used to menjawab balik. Uhh. Regretted that, really. But now, as i grow older, my mum don't have to force me anymore because i'll read the Al-Quran anyway, daily, at least one page a day, because through it, i can find peace. See, my mum even wrote "hanya mengingati Allah hati akan tenteram" in 2004. I was in standard 4 and neglecting those lines. I used to say "ala buat apa baca, bukan faham ape pun." Jahiliah- yeah, you can use that word. I didn't know there were things such as "tafsiran Al-Quran". Haha, silly me. 

During the 1st Ramadhan this year, while on our way back from the masjid my abah and ummi said to us siblings 'okay, Ramadhan ni siapa khatam Al-Quran, duit raya dia lebih RM50.' Some might say that's nothing. For me, that is something.

You know SPM-ers. We're facing trial in 20 days. SPM in less than 3 months. Do read the Al-Quran for your inner strength. And after you dah khatam, try read the tafsiran. Then, you'll understand why :)
